Val Pusteria hotels
Val Pusteria is the South Tyrolean “green valley”, thanks to the presence of three natural parks: the Fanes-Sennes-Braies one, the Sesto Dolomites one and the Vedrette di Ries- Aurina one. Many South Tyroleans choose this Dolomites valley for their vacation in the Alps!
The valley most important city is called Brunico. It dates back to the Middle Ages and it’s considered the South Tyrolean “city of youth” par excellence! Val Pusteria also hosts the Plan de Corones skizone, open between November and April to skiers and in summer to hikers!
Val Pusteria, a true Eldorado for winter and summer sports
The Val Pusteria Italy ski resorts are: Valdaora, San Lorenzo, Riscone or the famous Valle Anterselva, a secondary valley of Val Pusteria. Here it’s possible to be present at the biathlon World Championships in January. This valley is very popular among biathlon and Italy Nordic ski fans.
Many Val Pusteria valleys are also specialized in wellness, like the Rasun Anteselva Alps ski resort. Rasun Anterselva is always a spa resort, offering cold mineral waters curing urinary, renal, dental, gynecological, metabolic disorders. Thermal cures are refunded by the National Health Service.
